**Something Cool about us** From our property you can embark on a 2 hour hike up the mountain to the view point "Miradouro das Cumeeiras". This is a scenic walk on farm roads through farm fields and forested areas. Your interior space which includes bedroom, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette is completely private to you. A personal patio area is also provided outside. We have two additional private suites on our property with parking available to all our guest.

As required by local regulations in the Azores, we kindly ask for two small formalities before check in:

**1. Tourist Tax**

A local tourist tax of €2 per person, per night applies (for guests aged 13+, up to a maximum of 3 nights).

This is not included in the Airbnb price and will be requested separately via Airbnb after booking.

**2. Guest Information (Legal Requirement)**

Portuguese law requires us to report guest details to the immigration authorities (SEF/SIBA).

Could you please provide the following for each guest before arrival:

* Full name

* Date of birth

* Nationality

* Passport or ID number

* Country of residence

All data is handled securely and used only for legal reporting purposes.
