**Something Cool about us** From our property you can embark on a 2 hour hike up the mountain to the view point "Miradouro das Cumeeiras". This is a scenic walk on farm roads through farm fields and forested areas. Experience the fresh Azorean air, enjoy vast views from the elevation, piece and quiet, occasional cow´s mooing along the way... but if that was not enough as reward to your hard work at the very top an incredible view of Lagoa das Sete Cidades **

Your interior space which includes bedroom, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette is completely private to you. A personal patio area is also provided outside. We have two additional private suites on our property with parking available to all our guest.

Please check out our other suites as well. If you are a larger group please inquire with us about reserving all three private suites.

As required by local regulations in the Azores, we kindly ask for two small formalities before check in:

**1. Tourist Tax**

A local tourist tax of €2 per person, per night applies (for guests aged 13+, up to a maximum of 3 nights).

This is not included in the Airbnb price and will be requested separately via Airbnb after booking.

**2. Guest Information (Legal Requirement)**

Portuguese law requires us to report guest details to the immigration authorities (SEF/SIBA).

Could you please provide the following for each guest before arrival:

* Full name

* Date of birth

* Nationality

* Passport or ID number

* Country of residence

All data is handled securely and used only for legal reporting purposes.
